By creating an Account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms are effective from the date of Account registration.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You must update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. gampk reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to transfer or forfeit any balances held in such Accounts at its sole discretion.

If a Player is found to be under the age of 18, their Account will be permanently closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, all deposited funds will be returned to the depositing payment method (subject to fraud checks), and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities. gampk reserves the right to apply equivalent measures where fraudulent age misrepresentation is suspected regardless of actual age.
gampk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20 network), and Visa/Mastercard (where enabled). The minimum deposit per transaction is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
Deposits are credited to your gampk wallet upon confirmation of receipt by gampk's payment processing systems. gampk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including network outages affecting JazzCash or Easypaisa services.
By depositing, you confirm that the funds deposited are sourced from lawful activity and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. Depositing using a payment method registered in another person's name is prohibited and will trigger an account review. gampk complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding specified thresholds.
gampk does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. gampk processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:
Standard processing times are 5–20 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals and 1–4 hours for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing schedules. gampk reserves the right to perform enhanced verification for withdrawal requests above specified amounts, which may extend processing time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 unless stated otherwise.
gampk reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. If an investigation confirms a breach, the relevant balance may be forfeited without further recourse.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
Unless stated otherwise: (a) bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance that is wagered before Real Money Balance is used; (b) the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is stated on each promotion page; (c) free spin winnings are credited as Bonus Funds subject to the stated Wagering Requirement; (d) bonus expiry periods begin from the moment of crediting unless stated otherwise.
gampk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who are found to have exploited promotional structures in a systematic manner ("bonus abuse") will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts closed. gampk's determination as to what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
All bets placed on the gampk Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport as displayed in the Platform at the time of wagering. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed rules and a general statement in these Terms, the specific game/event rules prevail.
gampk reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, due to a technical fault, at erroneous odds, or in circumstances where gampk determines that the integrity of the event or game has been compromised. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB for PSL fixtures). gampk's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to any formal dispute process outlined in the Platform's help section.
Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all wagering activity and are displayed within the relevant game or market. gampk may impose individual betting limits on any Account at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gampk Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities. gampk's determination of prohibited conduct is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gampk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises. gampk shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) technical interruptions including those caused by third-party payment infrastructure such as JazzCash or Easypaisa outages; (e) events outside gampk's reasonable control including force majeure events.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. gampk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
gampk may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) gampk is required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority; (c) gampk reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform; (d) gampk ceases to offer its services in your jurisdiction.
Upon termination, gampk will process withdrawal of any verified Real Money Balance (after deducting any amounts owed to gampk) within a reasonable period, subject to KYC clearance and fraud checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting gampk support at [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
gampk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
